捨てられるはずだった、結婚式のお祝儀袋にあしらわれた水引（みずひき）を回収し、

丁寧にほどいて洗浄し、再利用するというアップサイクルバレッタを制作しました♡

とても縁起が良く、見た目も華やかで、たくさんの良い意味が込められた梅結びの水引作品。

【水引-みずひき-とは】
水引は、贈る相手を思いやる気持ちを表す、日本の文化や習慣を象徴する重要な要素です(*´꒳`*)

【梅結びとは】
水引の梅結びには、固い絆、長寿、魔除け、運命向上、 無病息災の意味があります╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

梅結びは、梅の花の形を模した結び方で、縁起物として慶事の際に使用されることが多いんです♡

【梅の意味】
梅の花は厳しい冬を乗り越えて春に先駆けて咲くことから、「運命向上」の意味があります。
また、梅の花の香りは鬼が嫌うという言い伝えがあり、古くから魔除けの効果があるとされてきました。
梅結びは5枚の花びらが固く結ばれたように見えるため、人と人の絆や縁を意味しています.｡:*+゜

envelopes that were supposed to be thrown away,
carefully unraveled, washed, and reused them to create an upcycled barrette♡

The Ume Musubi is a knot that imitates the shape of a plum blossom, and is often used as a
lucky charm on auspicious occasions. ♡
【Meaning of Ume(Plum)】
Plum blossoms have the meaning of "improved fortune" because they overcome the harsh
winter and bloom before spring.
In addition, there is a legend that demons dislike the scent of plum blossoms, and they have
long been believed to have the effect of warding off evil.
